FAQ
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. Full-season passes remain active for the entire April–October Hudson Valley season.
Peak hours vary by court type. Indoor (all week): 7 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–10 PM. Outdoor weekdays: 7–10 AM and 5:30–10 PM. Outdoor weekends: 7–11:30 AM and 5:30–8:30 PM. All other times are off-peak.
Yes, members may pause or freeze their membership for up to 30 days per season by contacting our member concierge. Outside our April–October outdoor season, monthly subscriptions are automatically paused.
Yes, members enjoy extended booking access, up to 14 days in advance (vs. 7 days for the general public).
